Paul Rigo advises organisations on the commercial, strategic and governance decisions that shape major infrastructure, energy and project outcomes.

Paul works with our clients on transactions, procurement, commercial strategy, project development and operational performance in complex environments where the stakes are high and the path forward is rarely simple.

Over the past 20+ years, Paul has worked across Australia and international markets with governments, financiers, contractors and private sector stakeholders on major projects and strategic initiatives across infrastructure, energy and resources.

Paul's focus is on helping organisations make better decisions in complex environments by improving commercial outcomes, structuring transactions effectively, aligning stakeholders, strengthening governance and taking a more realistic approach to risk and delivery.

Paul is particularly interested in the forces reshaping infrastructure and energy markets, from procurement and contracting models to supply chain resilience, investment strategy and long-term planning.

Alongside his executive work, Paul is the Co-Chair of the Infrastructure Association of Queensland Transport Taskforce, a member of the Queensland State Council of the Governance Institute of Australia, and a Council Member for Engineering and Construction and Heavy Industry at World Commerce & Contracting. Paul has held board roles across the private and not-for-profit sectors.
